Matthew Bush

Matthew Bush, MD, received his medical doctorate from Marshall University School of Medicine. He obtained otolaryngology - head and neck surgery training at the University of Kentucky. Dr. Bush completed a research fellowship at The Ohio State University and Nationwide Children's Hospital Research Institute. He then underwent fellowship training in otology, neurotology and cranial base surgery fellow at The Ohio State University. He currently is an assistant professor in the Department of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Kentucky in Lexington, Kentucky, as well as the medical director of The Heuser Hearing Institute in Louisville, Kentucky. Dr. Bush serves as the chief of ENT surgery at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky, and is a past president of the Kentucky Society of Otolaryngology. In addition to an active clinical practice, Dr. Bush is engaged in research of childhood hearing loss and hearing health care disparity.
