What does it take to be a superhero at work? What does it take to be a positive influence in the lives of those we serve? Dr. Sellars will discuss purpose, meaningfulness and power. Understanding your influence and purpose is fundamental in building strong relationships with clients, coworkers and others. Participants will complete a brief strength assessment inventory and will learn how these strengths can be used to create a positive work environment.
