Samuel Atcherson

Dr. Atcherson, received his bachelors and masters degrees at the University of Georgia and his doctorate at the University of Memphis. He is currently associate professor and interim director of audiology at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in consortium with the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. He is author or co-author of over 85 publications including three books, six book chapters and 31 peer-reviewed articles, and he has given more than 130 presentations around the country and in Canada. His research and clinical areas of interest include hearing assistive technologies, auditory electrophysiology, auditory processing disorders, audiologic rehabilitation and health literacy.
