This poster will summarize the impact of fetal alcohol spectrum disorders on students' language and social skills. Because this condition is the leading cause of intellectual disabilities in the western world, it is important for professionals to understand the implications of the disorder when serving this population. Ways to collaborate with other professionals to provide the most supportive academic environments will be discussed.
