Many individuals with speech and language disorders have overlapping diagnoses of attention deficit order (ADHD) and dyslexia. This session will address the symptoms commonly observed across these disorders. It will also assist in recognizing key differences between these disorders that would suggest the necessity of a referral for psychoeducational testing. An overview of the variety of essential components for valid psychoeducational testing for ADHD and dyslexia will be reviewed.
