Feeding and swallowing disorders impact children and their families in many ways, not just at mealtimes. This session highlights different methods for assessing the functional impact of feeding and swallowing disorders across multiple domains, including educational settings. Specific strategies to minimize the negative impact these disorders can have will be presented. Approaches for working with families and additional team members will also be discussed.
