Session 31
The Kentucky Center for Performance Excellence was founded in 2005 to promote and support the pursuit of performance excellence for all organizations across the commonwealth. Every work setting from education to hospitals needs ongoing self-assessment measures to assure performance excellence and positive outcomes. This session will present proven methods that encourage a focus on common goals, assess performance against the competition and align resources with strategic objectives. This will be an interactive session that offers take-home strategies for process improvement. Participants will gain dual benefit through knowledge that will help them grow professionally and personally in their journey toward excellence.
